Cixi Jubaopeng Metal Production Factory (JBP for short) was established in beautiful Ningbo , one of the biggest port cities in China . The company is a specialized manufacturer to produce all kinds of aluminum alloy building profiles and industrial profiles for furniture and electronics etc., invested RMB 50 million again in 2007 for expanding the factory building, equipments, environmental protection facilities and strengthening the overall quality control of the enterprise to make the Modern Company reach the advanced level in same trade. The company has 12 sets of extruding line and the matched workshops for founding, anode oxidizing, electrophoresis painting, powder spraying and mould as well as deeply processing workshop for industrial materials, at the same time, a modern detecting center with perfect and excellent equipment and the annual productivity up to 10,000 tons.
The company adopts an advanced management mode, obtained the product quality certification and the attestation of quality management system (ISO9002: 94) from China Committee of Square & Round Symbol Authentication in 2007, insisting on the management conception of “client super, winning by quality, famous-brand strategy”.
The aluminum material of our company is produced strictly according to the interior control standard of company, conformed to national standards GB5237-2004 and GB8013-1987, Japanese standards JISH4100-2006 and JISH8602-1992, Britain standard BS6496-1984 and international standard ISO7599-1983. The aluminum material produced are complete in variety, containing curtain wall series, sliding window series, plane window series , decorating materials series and industrial material series and industrial material series for furniture and electronic heat radiation etc., more than 2000 kinds of specifications .
